Father dies and he has numerous daughters, most by different mothers. To inherit the estate, the daughters must band together to open the resort/hotel the father had purchased. Mystery element included, someone was bugging the house the daughters must all stay in, and the housekeeper was helping. This is the first of a series, I read it within the last year or two, and it seemed like a new book.
