When I received the book, I was skeptical about reading it because:
a. I'm not really into reading travelogues
b. I have been to Rishikesh and I thought it'd become boring for me after a while
To my surprise, it wasn't even half as bad as I thought and actually a very decent story. The simple use of words, and the way the experiences have been described is commendable, although the story does seem to get slightly boring and prolonged in the middle. Given the setup of the story, it would've been interesting to put viewpoints of the locals of Rishikesh on how they perceive travelers like the leading character.
Without giving out any spoilers, I would just like to say that it was not just a walk down the memory lane for me, but also somewhat spiritual in a strange sense. I didn't expect a piece of writing to give me a new perspective on a place I had spent days having fun in.

Wish to see more of their work.
