Casey Paulucci | 9 comments This has to be one of my all time favorite books that I have read. George Watsky who is a rapper/poet from the San Francisco area is the main star within this book. George writes short stories and essays about his life that are very significant to him. It was very interesting reading things about places that are close to you. For one instance George talks about floating around under a bridge that is located in Redding, California. He later talks about his family having a connection with it via building the actual bridge. This not only made me want to keep reading to see what other places that are local mentioned, but also to actually go somewhere that is local. Throughout reading this book I was entertained about the endless amount of brilliant insights. There were also very hilarious stories that had me laughing out loud. I reccommend this book for anyone who either wants to be entertained, someone who wants a quick book to read with just a few minutes on there hands, or someone who is interested in reading about local landmarks with a different perspective. I do however recommend that this book is not for young children. I say this because George Watsky talks about his Milf addiction when he is in college. If you're prepared to answer questions about sexuality and other adult material to younger children then this book might be for you. Other than that I would definitely wait until children are older. If you pick up this book you will be very entertained and enjoy every minute of it like I did.
