Would it be wrong to say, that at Easter we are celebrating Christ's death, as well as his resurrection? As in his death our sins are dealt with and we are reconciled to God. As our preacher this morning said, we consider Christ's death 'with grief and gratitude'.

As our preacher this m..."Hi Hannah. Some would agree with that if we looked at Easter as a "season" like we do Christmas. His death on Good Friday was grievous, but it paid the price for our sins. His resurrection on Easter was an absolutely joyous occasion AND imputed to us life and righteousness (Romans 5:19 and 2 Corinthians 5:21, among others).
