((I really don't see how any of that was 'hilarious', Zaynah. It was a brief exchange between two angry persons.))
(@Alice: I mean, I still have that bit I wrote saved onto my laptop, but if you really are going to get all worked up about it, you can just take the story in whatever direction you desire. Good bye. I won't rp if you'll beat me up about it.)

(Nobody, there are a few restrictions for this group and swearing is one of them, just letting you know-I'm not trying to offend you or anything, just putting it out there. )
(And Alice, you kinda DID offend me. Yeah, offend me. I'm kind of really annoyed and as you put it 'offended' right now, because I was just rping, and suddenly you blew up saying I was 'controlling your character' and so on and so forth. I was not overreacting, I was just trying to rp, then you got all mad at me for having your character say a few lines, then I wanted to just stop rping for me altogether because I don't want to be yelled at and shouted at because of a few lines of text. Thank you very much, I just won't rp here anymore if you're going to be so touchy.)

Alright. Alright.
It's been a day or so, and I'm sorry. I've thought it over and cooled down.
Really Alice, I'm sorry. I did write a lot, and perhaps too much, taking the story in a direction of my own choosing, without asking anyone else if they were okay with it. I shouldn't have done what I did, and I am sorry. I got a bit mad myself, and I was being touchy. But I want to be friends, Alice, I don't want to fight about it.
Can we just how about come up with a compromise, and make amends? We can talk about it and come up with a post that takes this story in a direction we BOTH want. Let's work on the next one together - how does that sound? I don't want to be mad at each other, I want to be friends! Could we please find a way to solve this?

((Wait, what did Ruby write?))
((ohhhhh. And yay!!! We all be friends again!!! :))
(Mmkay, anyway, let's get back to the problem at hand. How about I post my earlier post, and just edit it so, like, Zaynah throws the net or something? Here it is:)
I growled again.
Stupid, ignorant humans.
I was just about to reach for her throat, when a shrill scream pierced the forest yet again.
In one swift motion, I leaped away from the human and bounded for the safety of the shadows, away from all the noise and light. But I was too late.
Out of no where, something came hurtling towards me, and as if a gigantic spider were encasing me, I found myself quite trapped in some sort of rope net. I howled and thrashed, but that only proved to make my ropes squeeze tighter. I flipped over and onto the ground, laying, panting where I could see three humans staring, aghast, at me.
Stupid humans.
Apparently, the one on the forest floor was the one who screamed, and the one on the far right was the one I had so nearly eaten. The human on the far left was standing, watching me coolly as I lay, panting and heaving. It appeared to me that the one who had thrown the rope net now encasing me, was the one on the ground and now had a look of utter bewilderment on it's face. It seemed as if it had thrown the net upon reflex, and now had the unfamiliar expression of regret plastered on its features, too.
The human on the right shouted something odd and different, probably of the human tongue.
"Carla what did you do?" she cried.
"I'm sorry, I didn't mean to!" the middle one replied in anguish. She tried to stand and come closer, but I growled menacingly, and she stopped in her tracks.
"Uh Oh." she said.
"Oh, what will we do?" the one on the right groaned, now standing up. "How are we gonna get Em back to camp NOW?"
"And why is she acting all weird, anyway - it's as if she doesn't know us...as if she is a completely normal black panther now!" The one on the left added.
It took a few moments of silence, but finally the one on the right spoke:
"Ohhhh, I think I know now." she said, burying her face in her weirdly shaped paws.
"What? What happened to her?" The middle one said frantically.
"When we fell - on the rocks...Oooooo she must have hit her head and.....she was in full panther form at the time....Oh do you think-?" The one on the right said worriedly.
"Oh and she hit a bit of her brain and....Oh dear," the middle human groaned.
"But we've got to get her back to camp! Somehow, at least!" The middle one - getting too close for comfort now - said.
Of course, I didn't understand any of this that went on between Salifia, the left one, Carla, the middle one, and Indigo, the right one, and just growled and lashed my tail threateningly.

(There. I changed it so Carla was the one who threw the net, instead of Salifia. How's that, Alice?)
I let out a yowl, and lunge for Aura, but my ropes prevent me from getting anywhere near the calmly standing Aura only feet away.
Finally, I settle with just twitching my tail angrily.
Finally, I settle with just twitching my tail angrily.
"Shut it!" I say to the two of them, not unkindly, just to break the tension. "Carla doesn't mean anything, and Salifia, screaming is only confusing the animals. We can argue later." I walk closer to the net. "You guys do remember I can talk to animals, right? So just... be quiet for a sec, 'kay? Thanks."
I sit on my haunches. "'Kay kitty. Listen up. Your name is Em. We are your friends. You might be in this form for a while, so it's best if you chill, alright? We are not going to hurt you." I knew the speaking was working: Em stopped growling so ferociously, and let out one small, low growl to Aura, Salifia, and Carla.
"S'okay, Em, they are friends as well. If you need anything, communicate to me. We'll help you." I sigh in relief as she stops growling. She still whines slightly at Aura, Salifia, and Carla wearily, but I think she understands we aren't going to hurt her.

((lol, thanks I changed that))
(Ooooooooooooo uh oh, it's been an hour!!!!!)
After the human spoke with me - words that I could understand - I wasn't so inclined to believe ALL humans were stupid. At least one was nearly decent. She even let me out of the net. She had told me some wild tale of me being a human and named Im or something, I think she might be crazy. but nonetheless, I decided to stay with this odd bunch of humans, and trotted warily a few yards away from the group as we set off. I don't know why I followed them, it was as if I was sort of attached to these humans. I don't know, all I know is that I followed them, and that was all.

I walked slowly behind Salifia. We walked towards where the camp was, but we never reached it. I could feel the air getting cold, and nighttime was upon us.
"Salifia?" I asked nervously. "Erm, shouldn't we be there by now?"
She bites her lip. "Yes. But we aren't. I think... I think we're lost."
"You didn't know where we were going?!"
"I did, but there's something wrong. We should be there by now!" she insisted. She dug into her bag and tossed me a pack of beef jerky and a granola bar. She grabbed some turkey jerky for herself.
I open the jerky and laid it on the floor for the salivating panther beside me (I felt the drool on my hand). I unwrapped the granola bar.
"Well," Salifia said. "I think we'd better make camp."

Suddenly, I perked up my ears, and stared straight ahead.
"Hey, maybe she knows where to go!" The human who talked to me, Indigo was her name she said, called excitedly.
In a flash, I bounded through the undergrowth, and was out of sight.
"Hurry, we'll lose her!"
Feet pounded behind me, and I kept running. It smelled so good. So good...
Then, all at once I saw it. In a second it was in my jaws, limp.
I walked back proudly and deposited a dead rabbit at Indigo's feet.
She looked astounded.
"A rabbit?" she whispered. "A rabbit? THAT'S what all that was about?"
"Oi, Indigo!" called out one of the other humans. "Look!"
I glanced up, irritated, and saw what the human was pointing at. A camp with tents, a fire going, and yet another human sitting in front of the fire. Apparently, the humans in my group knew her, and bounded ahead to embrace her, chattering and laughing noisily.
I pulled back my ears and hissed.

"Is it Aura?" I asked Salifia.
"Yes!" she laughed and ran to Aura. I heard Em growling.
"Salifia! It's not her!" I screamed. The words had barely come out when the Aura-impostor pulled out a knife.

(*miiind bloooown*)
"What?" I scream, crying. "What is it? Salfia, are you hurt?!"
I feel Em's panther form pressed against my leg.
"It.... It's my brother." Salifia whispers.

((ohhhhh did we lose him in the very beginning before the house thing when you fought him?))
I want to help Salifia, but I know that this is something personal, she needs to figure out what happened to her brother herself.
"Salifia?" I ask quietly, but she does not even notice. I quietly walk to the tree border and crouch down so that I can help if she needs it. I feel Em next to me. She whines confusedly.
"It's her brother." I whisper in the cat's ear.

*still trying to get over the plot twist*.... he's your brother?????!!!!

(Where is Paige? Like, should she be with the group or captured or did I accidentally die or something?)
"What is it?" I ask. "Is it him?"
Salifia nods, a bit doubtful. She crouches over him yet again.
The night is freezing, but Salifia doesn't notice, not noticing anything but her brother.
I tentatively lean towards Em the panther for warmth. When she doesn't take this aggressively, I hug her for warmth.

I sniffed cautiously at Indigo's hand, then rubbed my head in her palm reassuringly.
It's all right. It's all right I seemed to say.
It's all right. It's all right I seemed to say.
I lay a comforting hand on where I think her shoulder might be. But then the effect is ruined because she is actually a yard away and I end up stupidly waving my hand through the air.
"Oh forget it. Just imagine a comforting hamd on your shoulder." I still have no idea where we are. "Sooo...? Where will we sleep? Are there trees around here, or tents or...?"

(Thanks Alice I keep messing that up, I'll edit it :)
"Oh,yeah tents sound great. How many are there?"
"Okay... Here, why don't we put your...brother...in the extra tent so he doesn't freeze at night...."
I thought about it for a second. "Well, I don't think Em wants to maul you anymore, but I don't know if it's best to have ypu sleep together... But...um, this is stupid, but do you think we could all sleep together or have our tents next to each other...?" I blushed, embarrassed. "I... I just don't want anything to happen. It seems that ever night, something bad happens." I don't tell Salifia the real reason why I want this. I don't tell her how much I don't want to lose her and how scared I am that our small party will become smaller.
I growl softly at the human Indigo is talking with, but when Indigo lays a reassuring hand on my back, I sniff cautiously over at her. Hm.
I smile lightly. "Thanks Salifia."
I unzip to tent, and Em leaps in. I then turn to Salifia. "You know, I am starting to forget how colorful the world is. I can't remember the precise shade of my eyes anymore." And then I go into the tent before I say something stupid, or cry.

I sit in the tent. I am wearing jeans and a light cardigan, so I shiver despite the tent's thick canvas. Em is warm, though. I sit there for a while, hearing the crackling of the fire outside and Em's deep breathing.
I hear Salifia say something, and then a light yell. Immediately I am up, shaking Em.
I grab my knives and head out. I hear Salifia angrily speaking, and then the grunt of pain that came from the male whom is attackimg her. I lunge forward, as does Em.

(ah.)
I look around with a growl. But the human outside calls back reassuringly, and for some strange reason unknown to me, I trusted her. Perhaps it was because she was Indigo's friend. Or perhaps it was something going on deeper, buried down under my panther instincts that was beginning to stir. Something almost...human.

"Why did they attack?! Who were they?!" I asked, panting hard.
Em growled loudly. Not in an angry or scared way but... Confused. I looked at her.
"Em?"

"Em?"
Suddenly, as soon as it came, the feeling disappeared. I shook my head breifly, then settled back down with a grunt.
