I am looking for a book that is about a witch/mage/healer (the Heroine) that works for a king (the hero) and is disguised as an old woman. Everyone is scared of the heroine other than the hero. Then the heroine is injured and the hero discovers she is a young woman and falls in love. The heroines grandmother used to work for the hero's father and hero thinks the heroine and her grandmother are the same person at first.
