Yes, it is. I guess, it's better if you take drowsy medicine at least, so you'll sleep faster too. That's what I do with my allergy medicine. It's drowsy too so I could sleep when the mood spikes.

Someone would've broke and vent on the first night, but you kept it for two. That's still champ move because you held it in and you seem to be still going because it's fine for us to talk tomorrow. If you're this strong, it's probably the reason why voices tell you to go down. Because you're only person strong enough to put yourself down. Your parents shout and blame you and your catching up to lessons and quizzes on school, not getting sleep to add, but you're still strong and facing it in your own way: bumps on the road to your destination up top.

Like you said, it was a waste of time studying after you got notified of that error. So why waste all of your positions now, your still going up?
