GR has 400, book in hand is 365 for the text. There is some content after the last page, but none of it has numbered pages, so I'm not sure if that would be included. If you add in the acknowledgements, bibliography, and about the author, that would be 371. But then there is also a reading group guide, including discussion questions and an interview with the author. Again, none of those pages are numbered, but if included in the page count, the total would be 386.

Worldcat also says 365 pages. Fixed.
