Shadowhunters order (including the new books and series)

I read all the books from The Mortal Instruments, now I'm reading the second book from The Infernal Devices and trying to connect the stories. Does anyone have a list or know where to find the connections without having to read the books again? (I've search, but I have not found a list of the connections)
Also, as soon as I finished The Infernal Devices, I wanted to jump to another book of the Shadowhunters. The last hours are still in Book 1, correct? Would it be best if I read The Dark Artifices first? Or will I need to connect the stories later just as it is happening now?
And what about the 'Tales from the Shadowhunter Academy' and 'The Bane Chronicles'? Where to fit these two books in?
It's so much a book that I'm quite lost!
