Adding foreign language editions

I've changed publishers and they're going to be publishing the first three books in my series (starting with One Way Ticket in May), I also have two foreign language editions of this book, currently connected to my former publishers' edition of the book. How do I get the Slovak and Czech editions connected to the new Sapere Books edition? Thanks, in advance, for your help!

All editions (new, old, foreign) should be combined.

As the author, you have the ability to change which edition of the book is the default, which will come up in searches by title and show on your author profile.
Here are the instructions: How to set the default edition. You'll have to be on the page of the edition you want to make the default edition.
