Help with Prequels

Hi!

Can someone please help me edit my series? I have two prequel novellas (The Battle Dancer and The Ascenders) and one novel (The Red Wraith). Is there a way to set this up so that the novel looks the first book instead of the third? Links below.

Novel-length prequels get numbered as 0, not as decimals. Fixed.

Also fixed formats of the two Kindle editions.

Just looked at this again--if it's not too much trouble, could someone adjust the order so that it displays like this:

Book 0: The Ascenders
Book 0.5: The Battle Dancer
Book 0, 0.5: Before Saint's Summit
Book 1: The Red Wraith
Book 2: The Black Resurrection

Omnibuses that include series elements that also exist as independent works go at the end of the series listing.
