Mei sighed as she entered the music room, staring out the window and sitting on the stool of the piano, resting her hands on the keys and beginning to play.

Aurai followed behind Mei quietly, a trait she got from the barn owl DNA. She peeked into the room and spotted Mei at the piano.

Aurai listened to the music, her eyes half closed. She didn't realize she had entered the room, she was lost in the music. Her arms came up slowly and she started to dance, her style similar to a ballerina's and following the beat of the music. Her wings rustled against her back with the urge to unfold and trace the constellations in the sky with her wingtips to the sound of the music.

Aurai was lost in her own little world. Even though the music Mei had been playing stopped, in her head it continued on as she danced in the empty space of the room with all the grace of a professional and bending and bowing like trees in the wind.
"She's off in her own little world, so she can't hear you." Breeze answered, floating over to her using a breeze. "She came looking for you because she was worried you would get in trouble for leaving the dorm if you weren't signed up for night classes." she explained.

Aurai blushed darkly as she looked at Mei. "Wh-what do you mean?" she asked, flustered over being caught dancing and spacing out in such a manner.

"Because I thought you would get in trouble if you didn't have a night class student with you when you were outside of the dorms past normal curfew." Aurai replied innocently, tilting her head. "I didn't want you to get in trouble, so I came to tell you as much or at least if you got caught try to bail you out."

"Well, since I know you weren't actually going to the moon, I knew you were going somewhere in the school." Aurai replied.

"But if you don't have a night class student with you, you're going to get in trouble!" Aurai said, trotting after her.

"You should! This is an expensive program. If you get kicked out for this behavior, think of what the cost will be to the ones who sent you here, think of the expenses wasted!" Aurai said, following her doggedly.

"Really? You would be glad to waste all that money and the effort it took to get you in here?" Aurai asked, doubting her words.

"You do realize that if you get kicked out on a scholarship, that they will expect you to pay all your expenses instead of letting the scholarship cover it, right?" Aurai pointed out. "The same thing will happen if you don't get good grades. You'll be expected to pay for everything since you first joined the school."

"You must be rich then, to not care about how expensive this place is." Aurai said, breezing past her and heading to the dorms. "If coming here was just so you could dick around until you get kicked out, then I won't stop you anymore, you must be able to pay for the expenses to be that indifferent."

"You should care if it means not living in debt for the rest of your life, being unable to buy a house or a car or anything you need to make it in this world." Aurai muttered, shoving her hands in the pockets of the sweatpants she had hurriedly put on before following Mei.

"Well, la dee dah for you." Aurai muttered, her wings unfolding then refolding against her back halfway out. "I, on the other hand, don't want to be almost a million dollars in debt my whole life, so I'm going to get good grades so I don't lose my scholarship."
Breeze drifted along on her back on a breeze and said, "Aurai, sometimes you are way too tense. Just chill, let the breezes flow through your veins and you'll find relaxation."
