Hello! I'm new to this group and to being a librarian. As such if I'm not posting on the right place please don't be offended as I'm trying to improve Goodreads (I work mostly in Portuguese books or books written in English that I own as well as trying to help the people who post here sometimes) and I have read the Librarians Manual. I noticed that Stephen R. Bown has two pages with duplicate books. I tried to combine editions for one of them and delete the duplicate editions but I think I need some help from a super-librarian in doing all this administrative work. The links are:

May someone help me? I was trying to delete a surplus Portuguese edition of that book but I can't do it. Thank you very much for reading this post and for any answer you might give.

For merging profiles when one of them is a GR author you should post to the following thread. I have merged the non-initial with a 3rd profile for that author and submitted the request to the thread.
