Its just a romance book. I think I read it 4 years ago. But I am not sure when the actual release date was. Can't remember the reason behind the heroines decision in not telling the guy about the baby. I don't remember much I'm afraid.

Looking for a Mills & Boons/Harlequin romance book the heroine had a baby but didn't tell the father ( as they do in the M&B world) anyway she attends a wedding with her son not knowing that her baby's daddy is also in attendance with his family (father). Kid bumps into Grandpa who is in a wheelchair (me thinks) and he is stunned by how much the kid reminds him of some relative (son??) . So they eventually notice the Mother and connect the dots etc
