I have been going through my reading lists and came across a difficulty in changing editions specific to dates of books I have read/listened to twice.
For example I read the Hardcover of "The Goose Girl" by Shannon Hale, but then I also listened to its audiobook. Now, I know that once you start "Currently Reading" the book you can switch the edition, and once you finish it will show the dates read as "2 times" but will have "another edition" specific to that date.
My question is, is there a way, to edit an edition of a book and its reading date when you have read it in the past, without "Currently Reading" it again, switching the edition, then marking as "Read". When I do this, it messes up the dates, editions, and dates added to Goodreads.
My suggestion is, if Goodreads can create a new Goodreads IOS option (or desktop), for when other readers and I may forget to change the edition whilst reading, that we can easily edit the edition pairing to each date through an IOS device.
Thank You.
