History:
Like all Movers, it started out when their strong emotions caused something to happen, for Dare it was when she got so mad at her child friend, Tina that she made her fly 12 miles back. After that her mother kept her in her room and she never got to go out. Sooon after, Janice Toller had a promotion and was the Vice President of The Division. But it was a trade, part of the agreement was that Janice give up her daughter to be part of their testing. Dare's father was the only own who fought for her freedom and when he told his wife that he wouldn't allow Dare to be a rat in an experiment, Janice killed him. Dare soon ran away and paid shadowers with what she had to keep her out of Sniffer's view.
