. 4 stars for me. I absolutely loved it. It was sexy, swoony, without over the top drama or angst. Just a feel good kind of story, with characters who actually communicate! Would have been 5 stars if there had been a bit more about how they built their connection. Thank you for my pick!!! I loooooooooove an older man, younger woman story!!

With the way the story opened, I wasn't sure at first if it was going to work for me, but instead it remains my favorite of her books.

I've got to read this book. I heard Maryse gush about it for months and told myself I was going to read is 'soon', but I still haven't done so. And seeing that it's 'snot-flowing' makes me want to read it even more!!! What a wonderful adjective, Michele!! 😭
