Removing Books from Listopia List

Sorry for the possibly silly question- I'm a very new user.

Is is possible to remove books from a Listopia List? I've made a list of Romance With Trans Men (https://www.goodreads.com/list/show/1...), and somebody has added Wallflower by Heidi Belleau, which is not about a trans man, but a non-binary person
