Romantic short story in a collection. There’s a win a date charity auction, which the MC is helping to run. Her boss wins an auction, that involves scuba diving. The MC has a fear of small planes and scuba diving, even though she was once renowned for it. The story takes places on a remote island. There are Australian kids she babysits. MC’s name may be Kate...? Love interest is scuba instructor. Characters in story drink Fosters. I read this probably a good 10 years ago, but it’s a contemporary story in a book of short stories.
