Woman taken by few men who controls the world and goes by their initials

I've read this book this year or last. I don't remeber a title or an author. The genres are: contemporary, romance (not y/a), action. I think it is a series because it ended with a cliffhanger.
The plot: a woman is taken by some men and she finds herself with them on the island. They want to be called by letters of the alphabet (definitely J., M. and K., but they were more). Each of them is mysterious and they say that they belong to a secret group which rule the world. They've taken her because of her father, who owes them sth. It quickly gets complicated (their enemies are closing in) and they have to leave the island and seperate. The woman is taken to different places (she went to Boston with the J man) with each men and during this time she gets involve in romantic relentionships with them.

I found the author. It is Rebecca Royce and the title is Dark Truths.
