Hey look, more cannibalism (chapter 37). Rather different situation than the ritual eating though.

Yeah his round of cannibalism was a bit more disturbing.

Why are all the pov characters always getting kidnapped and enslaved? First Lilia then Anavha get kidnapped the Roh is enslaved can we get some less helpless povs. Lilia finally busted out in the end of the section and Roh showed some powers but nothing steady yet.

Things have finally gotten interesting in this section, but I still haven't connected to any of the characters.

Reading has been slow. Partially due to being busy, but partially because I'm just not sucked in.

I've been slow reading too, although I did like this section more. I think that at this point if I were a bit more invested in the characters I would have really enjoyed the chapter events here. I'm going to try to stay away from starting Harry Potter #2 for a day to see if I can get a bit further along with this.

I'm reading this, but listening to HP so that doesn't affect me. I'm hoping to put a good dent in the final section tomorrow though.
