Once Xang Xu was identified, resources devoted to his capture ramped up. Should they have realized Rachel needed more protection? Were you surprised when she was ambushed and abducted?

Yes, she should have been in a safe house. Guards on the floor, elevator stairwell etc. not impressed with the team at that point.

Why it took so long for reinforcements to come from the lobby escaped me. He’d already abducted Brandon and they should have set up a net around Rachel to snare him. I was beyond surprised that they were not only able to get into that room but to also get her out of the hotel undetected.
