To combine, the primary author should be the same on all four editions, otherwise they won't show up on the combine page.https://www.goodreads.com/help/show/2...
Only if there is no actual (corporate) author listed, should the publisher be mentioned in the author field, otherwise they belong in the publisher field. Co-publishers should not be added as authors.
