As an additional thing: the first published date is wrong.
according to WorldCat and Gutenberg it should be 1959

I fixed the first published date.
I added page + publication data to the Kindle with the ASIN referenced on Amazon.

It's tricky to give page numbers to ebooks, because it depends on your reader, etc. We only rely from info given by publishers in these cases.
