Since I've read this twice, I'm passing. I liked it at 3 stars on audio, but 2 stars in print.

Hi, everyone. I have been sick with a cold, respiratory bug, or allergies for two weeks. The result of which is that I got really behind. I am now caught up to this week with 75 pages to go. I am hopeful of being back on track by Sunday.

Has everyone else finished?

I went off the rails after finishing the first book. Was a few chapters into the second when my IRL book club chose an 18+ hour audiobook for our next read (haven't even finished that, at this point) and family visited and the weather got nice, etc... Here to offer moral support only for now. :-)

Thanks for the moral support, CluckingBell. It sounds like life has been busy for you. And, as is appropriate for DQ, who goes off on adventures and gets sidetracked, it seems he has done that in your life, too.

I will complete last week's section today and be back on track.

I have appreciated that several people have joined me in reading this HUGE book. It has kept me from giving up just due to the size.
