I can't find a pagecount for this edition but the second edition is 246 pages:

Thanks, Andrew. The unusual page number was indeed inserted by an import bot. The publisher website confirms the ISBN and cover image but not the page count.

WorldCat lists 227 pages for this ISBN. Page count changed to 227.
