HR-ML (hr-movielover) She does historical fiction with romance and spiritual elements.

Against the Tide
Beyond All Dreams
Into the Whirlwind
These were my favorites by her. Spiritual is OK by me if not
preachy. She knows her history too. Her heroines have atypical
vocations or avocations.

Be I've read 3 of her books, of the 3 this one was my favorite Until the Dawn (Until the Dawn, #1) by Elizabeth Camden and here are the other 2 I've read The Rose of Winslow Street by Elizabeth Camden From This Moment (From This Moment, #1) by Elizabeth Camden , I like that she tackles difficult subjects, whether it be unusual occupations for women , addiction, prejudice. Until the dawn I liked because she was a cook, and her cooking was so descriptive it always left me having to search out my kitchen for something like what she fixed lol. They weren't to preachy thankfully.

Thanks for your reply! I 1st read Beyond All Dreams where the heroine was a librarian @ the Library of Congress in the map dept & hero a Congressman, who had a temper. It dealt w/ exposing corruption. The Whirlwind one had a woman take over her late father's custom made watch co.
