ABANDONED. Help! I need to find out the name of these two romance books!

I'm going crazy trying to remember the names of two romance books that I used to have. Both of them are Harlequin Romances. The first one is about a woman who owns an inn who adopts a friend's baby after the friend dies. The baby's uncle, who has a son of his own, wants custody of the baby. The cover image is of the woman, man, and baby looking at fireworks.

The second book is about a woman who goes to work for a rich man after he sees a sexy billboard message about her that her friend had put up by mistake.
