Kate S | 6459 comments Usually at this time of year I congratulate myself on having survived another summer. I would like to dedicate my task to someone who did not survive the summer - my youngest sister. Read a book that features sisters. At least two sisters must be active in the book.

Please post questions about task 10.9 in this thread.

Rebekah (bekalynn) I’m glad you were able to create a task to honor your sister. It’s a bit comforting to be able to do that, isn’t it?

Beth Robinson (bethrobinson) | 1174 comments How much of the book should be about sisters?

I just claimed Circe and parts of her childhood and a significant episode later on are very influenced by her sister and dependent on their relationship, but it is not the focus of the book. Should I claim a combo? Or is that not enough?

Coralie | 2776 comments I haven't read the book but if the sister is actively in the story rather than just being remembered then that works for me.

Lynn (lynnsreads) I am reading Cheaper by the Dozen which is a memoir of life growing up with twelve siblings brothers and sisters. Does this pass? It was written as a dual authorship between one brother and one sister. Daily life includes all twelve of them.
