Jim Townsend | 66 comments The library hardcover (HC) copy of Plato at the Googleplex: Why Philosophy Won't Go Away; HC ISBN 9780307378194, has 459 numbered pages, not 480. They include two appendicies on pages 423 and 425; a glossary on page 435; acknowledgements beginning on page 439; a bibliographical note on page 441; and a 14-pagr index beginning on page 445. Two further unnumbered pages contain "permissions acknowledgements" and an "about the author" page.

Emily | 17615 comments We count all of those. So I have added the page count at 461. The only things we don't count are Roman numeral introductory pages and ads/previews for other books.
