message 1: by Gemma (new)

Gemma Berlanti (romanceauthor) | 3 comments I just received my Goodreads author badge. I had created a new account, under the name Author Gemma Berlanti after deleting my old account under the name of Gemma Berlanti. Upon receiving my author badge and adding books I realized that my old accounts still existed and the books added to my new account were being automatically added as well. I don't want this to affect my rating. Can someone please assist me on getting rid of the old account? Thanks in advance.

The word "author" does not belong in author names and has been removed. The two editions of your book have been combined.

When you claimed your author profile, your existing user profile was linked to it. If you have any concerns about this, please use the Contact Us link on the Help page. This is not something Goodreads Librarians can assist you with.

Olivia (livka) | 7926 comments Gemma,
Savage Desire appears to be the same book as Wicked Dirty Games.
Could you please confirm?

Gemma Berlanti (romanceauthor) | 3 comments Hey Olivia, Wicked Dirty Games is a different novel all together to Savage Desires which no longer exist.
I had deleted that account and made a new one. Perhaps I made an error.

Gemma Berlanti (romanceauthor) | 3 comments I just checked my notification and both accounts were combined. However, I would like to remove the book Savage Desire since it no longer exist. How do I go about doing that? Thank you in advance.
