Sound healing main character in a mystery that also has past life flashbacks?

I believe this is a mystery novel. It is an adult book.
I read this book in 2017, and found it on a free ebook site, so it may be older.
It's about a sound healer, who seems to be a descendant of a famous witch, and has flashbacks about that past life. She is trying to heal a rich elderly lady while staying in their guest house using her skills. She falls in love with the son of the family, but it turns into a mystery when the old lady she has been trying to save SPOILERS is poisoned by her husband, I believe, so that he can control the fortune.
The plot takes place on a cliff where the house is above a whiskey distillery that was there from prohibition age. The end scenes land there in the cave-like cellar.
