Romance cook that takes place in Seattle. Part of a series. I think third book in series. The heroines name is Harper. She has a huge dog that she goes for runs with. He helps her feel safe. She was raped by a guy in college. One day she sees the guy who raped her while she’s running and it scares her. Her dog and friend (love interest) bring her home. I think he might be British because he makes her tea to make her feel better. He starts going for runs with her.
I’m pretty sure kindle unlimited but not positive.
