it's about this girl who was kinda young who had this really weird long name that I'm 90% sure started with Roxy (her full name is the title). She was normal but kinda spunky, dressing weirdly and I'm pretty sure she had pink hair, until her parents for some reason sent her to a boarding school. I read this around grades 3-5 (I'm in 10th now) so it was about 2010-2012?
