Hmm, I kind of wish I reread the last few chapters of book one; I'm not remembering exactly what went down.

I mean I guess there was a bunch of character development in the beginning of the book that needed to happen, I just think it is a little odd that we are only now getting into the action part of the plot. I admit I felt a lot like Sawyer that it was just too easy that the son was caught without a fight, but I liked how the author explained that not everything would be as explosive as Axel's takedown (I really need to read the last part of book one to remind me).
