Hello! I’m Sam, one of the moderators. I’m a mom, a Disney lover and a small booktuber. I previously worked in education as faculty support but am now a stay at home mom. My current reading loves are YA, classics, and middle grade.

Lilly | 17 comments Hi all! I'm Lilly, I'm a Romance reader mostly, but do not shy away from YA and Fantasy. I have an 8 hour job that keeps me busy even longer, so reading is an escape.

I am happy to have discovered the bookish community and have so many nice people to exchange opinions with. The Fairytale-A-Thon was my first readathon and I loved it so much! I am glad to see a group like this one and get to know everyone :) - ok, I'll stop now :) I talk too much ! :) Enjoy the Read-Along!

Hi Lilly! I’m so glad that you are joining us on here as well. I had so much fun with the last fairytaleathon. I’m so glad that you were able to participate. What type of field do you work in? Do you have a favorite romance author?

message 4: by Emma (new)

Emma Hi, I'm Emma in Australia. I am most interested in fantasy (with an occasional thriller or crime book thrown in for variety). It is Sunday afternoon here and I have finished the housework and am ready to sit down and start Uprooted!

Is there a schedule for the read-a-long like a chapter a day (sorry if I have missed it somewhere)? Or do we just go along as we can?

Hi Emma! I am so happy that you will be joining us! I'm here in Florida. Australia is somewhere that my family and I would like to visit sometime. My favorite place that we have been so far is Sweden. For this first book, it is pretty laid back. I will have discussions for different chapters available and twitter sprints periodically but feel free to read at your own pace. If the group would like to make the next one more specific, we can definitely do that. Welcome to the group!
