I think it's a book for everyone. My parents have done some of this without reading the book as has my mother in law, but you don't have to wait until you are in your 70s or 80s or 90s to do this (my mother in law is now 94, my parents are both in their 80s now, which is still hard for me to believe with my mother who will be 81 this spring!)
