Corrected details and added cover for the first book using Amazon as the publisher matched GR entry.

I was unable to do so for the second book as the GR entry was published by Books on Tape, which Amazon does not sell, and the Books on Tape website ISBN for this book does not match the GR entry. No changes made for this book.
