SOLVED. Woman goes back in time with nephew [s]

I read this years ago and cant remember the name! A woman is out with her newphew, i feel like they were touring a historical house? She could never get pregnant...some old lady meets them outside the house and says something to them and they end up back in time in like the jorse and carriage days...she meets a guy and the book delves into their time there...she ends up coming back and *******spoiler*** is pregnant
