Could the title on this be changed to reflect the published title (on cover) and multiple editions be merged? As far as I know there are only two editions available: the hardback (this one, but under the correct title) and the audiobook.

Fixed the title and combined.
I merged the extra Kindle edition.
I'm cautious about deleting the paperback version at the moment, if anyone else has time they can check further into it.

One last thing. I notice one version is listed as published by Mudlark while the others are listed as HarperCollins. They should really all be Mudlark (which is an imprint of HarperCollins).
