Are you going to read this? Happy for you to take the spot. Otherwise I can read Attachments by Rainbow Rowell it’s a book I own, physical, so would take me a few days to read. Obviously take the spot if you want to read that one, and we can start making a list of books for round 2, and just post once all round 1 is done.

But if you don’t want to take the spot, I can take it with attachments and we just start on round 2, but don’t post till we gave completed round 1 :)

Or we can use the sword book for things to be thrown so it counts, and move son to spot 70. Then we just start straight on round 2 reading, and post once all reviews are done for round 1

(It’s a shitty review, but a review nonetheless)

Does your book replace another book with that description?

Haha don’t worry, all my reviews are shitty, I do them just for this :P just a quick few things and I’m done. I dread reading my reviews from the past haha 😝

message 710: by Shae (new)

Shae Petersen | 6964 comments And are you going to read the chair book Jackie? I just want to know so when Albee has his sleep soon, I know what to focus on reading wise

message 711: by Shae (new)

Shae Petersen | 6964 comments I actually vote for alexia’s book with the sword going to the things thrown, and son moving to 70. As if we have a book that fits and can count let’s do it, then we can all move to round 2 :D

message 712: by Courtney (new)

Courtney | 16072 comments I am okay with whatever. I will probably still listen to I Am Slappy's Evil Twin (Goosebumps SlappyWorld, #3) by R.L. Stine . I just dont know if I will use it for round one. It will give us the bonus though. Thats the only reason I would push it for round one.

Plus if I understand correctly Alexia might not get her books up for round one until Sunday which is the last day so thats a lot of reviews for us to write last second if we start round two now. I dont wanna get penalaized for review dumping.

message 713: by Courtney (new)

Courtney | 16072 comments Maybe read for the books she has ready, and if she cant post them in time we can post them to get to round two, and then she can take the same spots in round two?

What do you mean does it replace another book?

If you can focus on the chair book that would be great. If you get overwhelmed, then I can take over. I’m just starting to slump and I haven’t found an audio that’ll work for it yet.

But we can’t post until round 1 is complete, so once all reviews are up then we can post away.

Or do you think those that have finished books, just not read anymore until round 1 is finished?

No I am saying maybe we can read for the descriptions she has, and once all those books are done, if she has not posted then we post them all and go to round two. Thay one on the weekend she can post them for round two. If she posts them before we finish thebooms for those descriptions we will just post them for round two.

I really hope all this make sense.

I did post Pod Racer by R.T. Martin for it, but then deleted it because Jacquelyn wanted to read that book. So i put my book in the male author description.

Yeah, I usually do that, but I was just trying to get it over with. I hate feeling forced to write reviews. Some books just didn’t leave an impression on me enough to write about. 🤷🏻‍♀️

message 736: by Courtney (new)

Courtney | 16072 comments I think we should read for this descriptions next:

(view spoiler)

If us three finish them first along with our other books we have claimed for round one. Then we post those three to move to round two. That way when Alexia does post she can still count those books for the same descriptions.

If she does then we can just post the books for round two. I hope this clears up what I am trying to say.

Yes! That way all books are accounted for. Lol
I should have explained it like that the first time to avoid the confusion. Sorry everyone!

Also should I do the chair one or do you want it Shae. My book will take 2 hours, but I can also use it for round two if we get there in time.

message 746: by Jacquelyn (new)

I’m 92% through Firefight (The Reckoners, #2) by Brandon Sanderson
And 35% through Boyfriend for Hire by Kendall Ryan
I’m really into Boyfriend for Hire (I’m reading the ebook) so, I’ll fly through it.

I forget how many it has to be for middle grade, mine was like 120 or something when I tried. Or maybe that was this challenge at the start of the month actually haha the p title
