Just one try to become a librarian?

Being brand new could be part of it; as you should get to know how Goodreads works first and read the librarian manual. I also recommend following discussions in this group to learn about different situations with book records.
I would look at this thread for more information from someone else's question about this:

Especially message 38 from the moderator about the process.
That said, no one in this group has anything to do with the process of becoming a librarian, so posts here are discouraged. Thanks.

That just means your application is still under consideration (it can take much longer than one week!). If you had been rejected you would have been able to apply again.
That said, Emily offers good advice about acquainting yourself with the Librarians Manual, the Librarians Group and adding books to the database.
I really would like to become a librarian of goodreads, so I sent my request to goodreads. I got no mail after like one week, so it seems that they do not want me. There were some problems with getting mails from goodreads in my past, so I thought maybe there is something wrong again and tried again, but goodreads said, that I already tried to become a librarian.
So is there just one try in your life to become an librarian?
How much librarians are existing on goodreads?
I never was so dissapointed to not have the possibility to help improving something for free. Maybe it is because I am a fresh member.
