K Higgins | 2 comments I read this book in 2017 or 2018, it was a historical romance with the female lead being named Merry or something along those lines. The male lead was a mining magnate who kept bumping into her and then later became intent on getting her land or something before joining forces with her to protect her family's ancestral lands. She was trying to take over from her deceased father as a researcher of folk tales for a university. She had 3 or 4 younger sisters that she was responsible for, and a housekeeper that watched the girls. The reason the father and main heroine were working together tracking folk tales was to try and find record of and discover the "Moon" something, maybe Moonstone that their family had been charged with keeping and protecting. Something to with the druids possibly? The Moon thing was made of silver, and the silver vein was why the male lead wanted to build a mine on her land. She showed him the grove above the silver vein at the end of the book. Male lead may have been called or described as a dragon at some point? Not sure on that one.
