Last month I read a book in a library in a date. We started reading the book and did not advance much because the library closed. I want to find the book.
It was by a female author. Fairly new, say 90s or 2000s. The book was narrated in first person. The pages we read talked about like an intimate description of the night her husband/boyfriend (more likely husband) died. And her 8 year old (i think that was his age) son. After the description she was like "life keeps going". It seemed to be a story about strength. It was non fiction. I believe the cover was beige and had like a flower (a rose i believe).
On the desktop version, you can click "edit" in the upper right, move this to the "SOLVED: Adult Fiction" folder, and mark it as "about" Sweet & Crazy.

Thank you in advance for any help
