"The Winter Heart" doesn't have that type of plot. In it the h was blamed for an accident that her step-sister caused. The H's step-sister was killed in the accident. She didn't dump or jilt anyone.

I am not sure if I am posting in the right place but Wow, this book was something else. I have been reading Harlequin Presents for a very long time and I can count on one hand the number of books that are this good. This book reminded me a little of the movie, "Regarding Henry" with Harrison Ford. The H has a terrible car accident and loses his memory. He forgets how horrible he was to the h, his wife, and works hard to gain her love and trust.
Read this book...it's great.
Hiii, I read The Italian Billionaire's Pregnant Wife by Lynne Graham yesterday. Really liked how the h makes the hero suffer. When the hero throws a stag party on his yacht, the heroine just leaves town without telling him and disappears for 7-1/2 months and the hero is left searching for her. He in fact tells her upon finding her "You dont get angry, you get even." The h is crazy for the hero but still finds it in her to teach the H a lesson by showing her independence, that she too can live without him. Just loved it. So any similar suggestions when the h leads the hero a merry dance for daring to show that he can do without her, where the heroine gets her own sweet revenge with the hero by showing she can do what the hero does (if not in actual deed, at least by talk) to make the hero aware that he cannot take her for granted.PS: I still love the older Lynne Graham books, no one quite writes like her.
hello everyone ! I'm looking for a book that is similar to " term of possession " of Elizabeth power ! it's about a girl who loves a married man who is married to her friend and she accepted to give this couple a baby ! it's like a surrogate mother the difference is that the baby is her child because she slept with the man !
