ISBN don't match description

This book had ISBN:9784048731379, but 9784048731379 published in 1998 (Hardcover). Wrong description, wrong cover.
With now description and cover. The paperback published in 2014 but ISBN should be 9784041023815.
Which one should I correct? Description or ISBN?

The first step is to check the change log. In this case someone made a lot of changes at some point. I can't read Japanese, but to me it looks the book was originally listed as the 1998 edition. So one option is to reverted those edits and add a new edition for the other ISBN.
