Annette Mckitrick | 29 comments This picture book is an excellent read-a-loud for year 7 & 8. It completes the Humpty Dumpty story possibly one we all have had read to us as a child. The story begins after the best efforts of all the King’s horses and all the King's men putting Humpty Dumpty back together again. They did their best, but they could not heal his fear of heights and being an avid birdwatcher Humpty needed to be able to climb up high to sit on his favourite wall. This is a story of resiliency and facing your greatest fears.

Jane (janeboniface) | 123 comments Thanks Annette, I'm going to have to buy this one! Resilience is a focus for us this year as our Principal is noticing an increasing lack of it among our students. I'm sure this book will be popular with the teachers as a read aloud.
