add comments when marking books

Hi. It would be great if there could be a small textbooks to let the user enter information when saving a book, like "saw this at Bob's bookstore" or "David's recommendation when talking about economics at McDonalds on May 2".

This allows the user to give the saved books some context. Thanks!

Goodreads has private notes (https://www.goodreads.com/topic/show/...) which would be great for this purpose but there doesn't seem to be any API for adding/changing those notes.

Can anyone comment on if this feature will be added?
