Looking for beta reader for 145K fantasy

Hello, I am new to this website and still getting the hang of how things work around here so forgive any faux pas.

I am interested in publishing my fantasy novel and my first step is to find beta readers. I am completely new to this industry, so I don't know what the "going rate" is, but I am putting this request here because I believe I'll get better quality readers by offering payment. Does Paypal work or is there another method people use?

The novel in question is a portal fantasy with extensive world building. Perhaps even too much (I am hoping you can help me by point out when I've gone overboard!) It is an adult novel with descriptions of gore, sexual acts, vulgar language, and themes which may be "triggering" so please don't sign up if any of that bothers you.

For this length of MS, I would expect to take about 2 weeks. I do light editing as I go, looking for grammar, punctuation, industry standard formatting, story and character development, world-building, plot holes, and anything else I notice along the way. I would provide you with a summary sheet of feedback and answers to prompts I provide that could help with future marketing efforts, and your edited MS. I work in Word and comment through Track Changes.
