Please don't add columns to the spreadsheet

Hi
I know this has been said before, but please do not insert new columns into the spreadsheet. It's very frustrating for others. I was in column AH, now I'm in AI. I filled out some new data in what was my column and then almost deleted the existing data from what is now someone else's column, before realising what had happened.

I'm really sorry Kerry in column AO on the spreadsheet. Someone has shifted me to AN from AM and I have spread out into your column when entering my finished book. If someone can fix that I would be greatful.

See. Fiona's issue, is yet another reason not to insert columns.
Fiona it's probably something to do with the text wrapping. I don't want to attempt t fix it myself unless I make it worse. Good luck.
